The Secret Agent is a drama film written and directed by Kleber Mendonça Filho. It stars Wagner Moura, Udo Kier, Gabriel Leone and Maria Fernanda Cândido. The film, a co-production between Brazil and France, follows Marcelo a teacher caught in the political turmoil of the final years of the Brazilian military dictatorship.

The film will have its world premiere at the main competition of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, where it was nominated for the Palme d'Or.
