Four Lemming Film Productions Heading to IFFR 2026
Lemming Film is proud to present four new productions at the 2026 International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). The selection includes the award-winning political thriller The Secret Agent by Kleber Mendonça Filho and David Verbeek’s dystopian drama The Wolf, The Fox & The Leopard, both screening in the Limelight section. Additionally, the festival will feature Lucrecia Martel’s documentary Nuestra Tierra in the Harbour program and the short film Magpie, which marks the directorial debut of actress Sylvia Hoeks.

"In 2009, armed men killed Indigenous leader Javier Chocobar during an attempted eviction in northern Argentina. The murder was caught on video, but it took nine years of protests before court proceedings opened in 2018. The film combines the community’s voices and photographs with courtroom footage to explore the history of colonialism and land dispossession."
